Adrienne Augustus

Adrienne Augustus joined Faiss Foley Warren in early 2013 to manage The Howard Hughes Corporation/Summerlin account. Her role includes working jointly with the corporation’s marketing department to oversee public relations and social media for the 22,500 acre master-planned community. In this capacity, she will also assist with corporate community relations and major special events in the community, including management and execution of bi-annual desert clean-ups organized in partnership with other local agencies.  Adrienne also assists with FFW’s growing video production department to produce social media videos for several clients.

Adrienne joined FFW with an extensive background in journalism, marketing and public relations. In 2000 she began a career in television news, reporting for six years in North Carolina before moving west to join the KLAS Channel 8 News I-Team in Las Vegas.  Just before leaving the industry in 2008 she received an Emmy nomination for an undercover investigative news report about unsanitary conditions at a local restaurant.

Adrienne worked briefly in financial services but returned to communications in 2010 when she joined the Marketing department at Bally Technologies. There she earned the top Pinnacle award from the Las Vegas Valley Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America for an employee video she shot and edited. Her work as the editor of the company’s employee newsmagazine also garnered several other casino gaming and PR industry awards.

Adrienne is originally from New Jersey and has a B.A. in Journalism and an Honors Citation from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has served on the Board of Trustees for The Southern Nevada Office of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since 2010 as secretary and Marketing Committee Chair.
