Karry Rathje

Since joining Faiss Foley Warren in 2002, Karry has made significant contributions to many of the agency’s real estate, higher education and non-profit clients. She currently manages accounts for The Howard Hughes Corporation, Summerlin, International Academy of Design & Technology, After-School All-Stars Las Vegas and Sancta. She also served on the account team that oversaw the highly successful opening of the $1 billion dollar Red Rock Casino Resort Spa in April 2006.

Karry previously served as director of the real estate practice at Ballard Communications, a Las Vegas-based marketing and public relations agency, where she developed considerable expertise in real estate and professional service firm public relations. While there, she supervised accounts for The Molasky Companies, Laurich Properties Inc., Plise Development & Construction (PD&C) and the former Arthur Andersen. In 2001, Karry was the recipient of a Pinnacle award from the Las Vegas Valley Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, PRSA, for her work on the Arthur Andersen GROW Program.

Karry participates in the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), BYU Management Society – Las Vegas Chapter and Public Relations Society of America – Las Vegas Chapter. She has also served as a volunteer for several non-profit organizations, including The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Boy Scouts of America, Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Las Vegas and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas. Karry holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Brigham Young University.
