McKinzie Cogswell

McKinzie Cogswell joined Faiss Foley Warren in 2005. Her current account portfolio includes Fashion Show, a 2 million square-foot glamour shopping center located on the Las Vegas Strip, The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, a 500,000 square-foot specialty shopping center inside The Venetian Resort, Hotel and Casino, and The Shoppes at The Palazzo, a 450,000 square-foot luxury retail center nestled inside The Palazzo Las Vegas touting 160 luxury stores and Vegas’ first Barneys New York. McKinzie also oversees account responsibilities for Meadows Mall and The Boulevard Mall. Combined, the centers encompass close to 5 million sf of retail space – 3 million on the famed Las Vegas Strip.

McKinzie also oversees public relations efforts for Piero’s Italian Cuisine, a nearly 30-year-old restaurant that was once the favorite haunt of mobsters and the Rat Pack and is still the place where the city’s influencers make deals. And she handles account responsibilities for Las Vegas Design Center at World Market Center Las Vegas, the nearly 300,000 sf home furnishings mecca located downtown.

McKinzie was also an integral part of the account team that helped oversee the highly successful opening of the $1.9 billion dollar Palazzo Las Vegas and The Shoppes at The Palazzo in January 2008. In addition to assisting with the opening of The Shoppes at The Palazzo, she also served on the account team that helped open the $1 billion dollar Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in April 2006.

In the community, McKinzie volunteers her professional services to the Multiple Sclerosis chapter of Southern Nevada. In 2007, McKinzie was the recipient of a PRSA Pinnacle Award and was recognized as the Newcomer of the Year.

A graduate of the University of Montana School of Business, McKinzie graduated a University Scholar with high honors from Davidson’s Honor College with a major in Business Marketing.
