Morgan Bunker arrived at FFW in April of 2007 after spending the better part of 10 years in the land development field. A native of Las Vegas and member of one of Southern Nevada’s early pioneer families, he graduated from Bonanza High School and the University of Utah. Morgan brings with him a great deal of experience in land use issues with working contacts within Clark County, the Southern Nevada Water Authority, Clark County Water Reclamation, and vast knowledge in natural resource management. This experience adds another dimension to the service Faiss Foley
Warren provides.
The land development arena required Morgan to make countless appearances before the Clark County Commission, the Clark County Planning Commission, and the Southern Nevada Water Authority Board of Directors. Previous employers have been Ryland Homes and Coyote Springs Investment, as well as the management of personal land holdings. His accounts include Pardee Homes and the Southern Nevada Water Authority and he serves as Executive Director of the Water Conservation Coalition, which is comprised of business and community leaders working to increase awareness of water conservation.
With the addition of Mr. Bunker, FFW has balanced its political leanings. Morgan has served as a member of the Clark County Republican Party Executive Committee and has been active in the election process, working on numerous local campaigns for over 10 years, both from a grassroots and a finance position. Most recently Morgan served on the state finance committee for Mitt Romney for President. Working in the political arena, Morgan has positive, working relationships with the majority of our state’s Senate and Assembly members, and can quickly call upon those relationships when important issues arise.
Morgan and his wife, Allyson, have three children, and are proud to call Las Vegas
home. They donate both time and resources to the LDS Church and the Boy Scouts
of America.
