LEGISLATIVE AND STATE RELATIONS

• Introducing company officials to legislators and legislative staff
• Developing relationships with the Governor, staff and key regulators
• Developing positions on legislative issues
• Arranging face-to-face encounters for our clients with key regulators and department heads
• Drafting legislation and finding sponsors to carry legislation
• Lobbying and testifying on legislative bills
• Coordinating all other lobbying activities for clients
• Working closely with legislators, especially those chairing and serving on committees where company’s legislation is referred
• Recommending political contributions and attendance at fundraisers
