Prior to joining FFW, Karry served as Director of the Real Estate Practice at Ballard Communications, a Las Vegas-based marketing and public relations agency. While there, she developed considerable expertise in commercial real estate public relations and supervised accounts for The Molasky Companies, Laurich Properties Inc. and Plise Development & Construction (PD&C). She was also recognized with a Pinnacle Award from the Las Vegas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) for her work on the Arthur Anderson GROW program.

Currently, Karry participates in the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Public Relations Society of America, Las Vegas Chapter. She has also served as a volunteer for several non-profit organizations.
