Morgan maintains a strong working relationship with the Southern Nevada Water Authority on issues regarding water conservation, water allocation, management and distribution. He also brings with him a vast network of contacts at the Clark County Water Reclamation District, Clark County Comprehensive Planning, and Clark County Major Projects, as well as other Clark County entities.
