What a year it’s been downtown… We welcomed The Mob Museum, the new Las Vegas City Hall, The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, The Neon Museum, and soon will be celebrating the grand opening of the brand new Discovery Children’s Museum. And that’s just the start of it.

Have you heard of Downtown3rd (or DT3), located in downtown Las Vegas? It’s Las Vegas’ emerging metropolitan center that will eventually encompass five blocks and offer 18 restaurants, bars and events for you to enjoy.

The city of Las Vegas, Symphony Park and Newland Real Estate Group are thrilled to congratulate the 2012 CAPTURE DOWNTOWN! Las Vegas Photo Competition Winners! Contestants showcased their creativity and originality while showing off what downtown has to offer to locals and tourists alike.

Have you heard of Human Experience? The open mic event takes place every Monday night at The Beat in downtown Las Vegas and it’s all about community. 

Hey there! Thanks to all who submitted entries for the 2012 Capture Downtown! Las Vegas Photo Competition! We received more than 200 entries this year, as well as seven entries for our first-ever social media scavenger hunt. You guys rocked it!

It’s been a true team effort. We’re very pleased, and honored, to announce that FFW, along with the City of Las Vegas and Newland Real Estate Group, recently won two awards from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC Las Vegas).
